Refund Policy

7-day, no-questions-asked

If Extend the Sermon isn’t right for your church, ask for a refund within 7 days of your first charge and we’ll give your money back. No forms, no explanation needed.

If you started on a free trial, the 7 days count from your first paid charge — the day the trial converts, not the day you signed up.

How to request one

Email hello@extendthesermon.com with the subject line Refund request. Send it from the email address on your account so we can find you quickly. That’s the whole process.

When you’ll get it

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Once we issue it, your bank typically posts the refund within 5–10 business days.

What happens to your account

We cancel your subscription when we issue the refund, so you won’t be charged again. As the one exception to our normal end-of-period access, when you take a refund your access to the app ends once the refund is processed. Content you already generated can be exported on request — just ask in the same email and we’ll help you export it first.
